About Vadym Varfolomeiev

My name is Vadym Varfolomeiev.

I was born in 1978 in Uzhhorod, Ukraine, where I still live today.

I have been passionate about photography since my youth, beginning in the era of analog film cameras, when I developed film and printed photographs by hand. For me, photography is a way to rest my soul, slow down, and feel the harmony of the world. It is an opportunity to show people the beauty of nature that often goes unnoticed.

Picturesque landscapes, waterfalls, and ancient forests inspire me to pick up my camera and try to capture not only what I see, but also what I feel — the quiet conversation between nature and light.

My motto: “When nature whisper — I listen.”

Through my photographs, I strive to share the harmony, peace, and emotions that nature gives us, encouraging people to look more closely and see the beauty of the world in its purest form.
