This is a photograph of Kirkjufell, one of Iceland’s most iconic mountains, bathed in the warm golden light of the setting sun. The scene captures the rugged beauty of the Icelandic landscape, with the soft, flowing water of the small waterfall in the foreground adding a dynamic contrast to the sharp, distinct peak in the background.
I used a long exposure to enhance the silky smooth effect of the water, emphasizing the sense of motion while maintaining the crisp details of the surrounding rocks and grass.
